Chattanooga has been recognized again amongst Triathlon athletes for being one of the best cities to host an Ironman event. These rankings are bases on surveys taken by the athletes after each 2018 Ironman and the Ironman 80.3 global event.
So where was Chattanooga ranked? Chattanooga was voted in the top 10 of overall bike experiences and for the best venue for the full-distance race, in addition to being the top spot for best overall host city experience.
When are the Ironman races in 2019? Chattanooga will host a 70.3 Ironman on May 19 with Ironman Chattanooga following that on September 29, 2019. Cheers to the Scenic City for this achievement. Now, let’s “host” with the “most” again in 2019!
