Are you in the market to build a new home, or remodel your current home? The 53rd Annual Tri-State Home Show — brought to you by the Home Builders Association of Greater Chattanooga and EPB Fiber Optics — kicks off on March 1st and lasts until the 3rd.
With hundreds of booth, activities, and vendors gathering at the Chattanooga Convention Center, the Tri-State Home Show is one of the biggest home events of the year. Take a look at some of the highlights of this year’s show, and find everything you need to improve your property!
Tri-State Home Show Basics
On the search for info about new home construction? Or maybe you’re thinking of going for a full-on renovation in the space you have? Or maybe you’re just be looking to improve a room or two and checking out some new flooring, kitchen fixtures, or landscaping. Whatever it is that you need, you can find experts at the home show who are ready to help.
Want to attend the show but have kids in tow? Don’t worry — there are tons of free activities made for a younger crowd, including a kid zone, balloon animals, and more.
Variety of Vendors
With over 500 vendors in attendance, there’s a vendor for every home-building and design need, whether it’s a broad topic, like kitchen and bath design, or a nitty gritty specific, like energy-efficient window tinting.
The convention floor will be packed with wall-to-wall booths, but the official home show site provides a handy guide to where every vendor is located. If you want to go into the show with a game plan, browse the vendor map and mark out where your top stops are located! If you’d rather just go in and browse, then don’t worry — there’s plenty of exploring to be done.
A Good Cause
Tickets for the home show cost $10 a day, while a multi-day pass will run you $16. But not all of that money gets pocketed — in fact, for each day of the show, a portion of ticket sales will go directly towards supporting local causes.
The home show organizers have chosen the Chattanooga area American Red Cross and Habitat for Humanity as the charities for this year’s donations. But that’s not all — attendees can also receive $1 off of their ticket price if they bring along a canned good for the Chattanooga Area Food Bank.
